Description
Summary Summary Hi, I'm building a missed-call-to-SMS automation service for local businesses (using 46elks for Norwegian phone numbers/SMS and Make.com for the automation logic), and I'm looking for someone experienced with Make.com to teach me how to build it properly via a screen-share session (Zoom/Google Meet, with you sharing your screen and walking me through it step by step, or watching me build it and correcting me live). I'm a complete beginner with no coding background, so I need someone patient who can explain things simply, not just build it for me silently. What I need to learn specifically: 1. Setting up a Make.com scenario triggered by an incoming webhook (from a missed call event via 46elks or a similar VoIP/SMS provider) 2. Sending an SMS automatically via an HTTP module/API call when a call is missed 3. The most important part: building duplicate-prevention logic — if the same phone number calls multiple times and gets no answer each time, the system should only send the SMS once within a 24-hour window, not every time they call. This likely involves a Google Sheets (or similar) lookup step that checks the last-sent timestamp for that number before deciding whether to send again. 4. Best practices for structuring this cleanly so I can replicate it for multiple business clients later Sivert J.
