About us We are a growing aesthetics and wellness clinic with three locations in the Netherlands (Amsterdam, The Hague, Utrecht). We offer treatments such as laser hair removal, injectables, skin treatments and body contouring. Our team is small, our volume is high, and a lot of our day still runs on manual work: answering client messages across WhatsApp, Instagram and email, booking and rescheduling appointments, following up on leads, updating our website, and producing marketing content. We want to change that. We are looking for someone who can look at how we actually work, spot what can be automated or improved, and then build it. What we're looking for An AI specialist (freelancer or small team) who is equal parts operator and builder. You should be comfortable mapping a messy real-world process, proposing a better version of it, and then implementing it — not just advising. 1. Workflow automation Audit our current operational workflows (customer communication, bookings, lead follow-up, reporting, content production) and identify the highest-impact opportunities for automation. Build automations that connect the tools we already use — booking/CRM software, WhatsApp, Instagram, email, Google Workspace, our WordPress website. Set up AI-assisted handling of inbound client messages: drafting replies, triaging by urgency, flagging missed revenue and follow-ups that fell through the cracks.
