Admin Cycle Management (custom Shopify app or metaobject-based) - Create a delivery cycle per quarter (or bi-annual for Magnum) - For each cycle, assign a product pool per membership tier (Classic 3btl, Classic 6btl, Reserve 3btl, Reserve 6btl, Magnum) - Admin pre-selects the default 3 or 6 bottles for each tier - Admin sets customization open/close dates per cycle - Admin sets per-bottle add-on pricing and upgrade pricing for that cycle (can it be auto from price in shopify?) - Admin ability to change base club prices (affects future renewals, not the current cycle in progress)(can it be auto from price in shopify?) 2. Automated Customer Email Trigger - Email sent 10 days before customization window closes - Personalized link to their customization dashboard - Shows their current membership tier and default selection - Includes deadline ("Customization closes May 30, 2026") 3. Customer Customization Portal (custom Shopify page) Based on the wireframe shared: - Displays membership tier and base bottle allocation - Shows admin's default selection (3 or 6 bottles) - Per-bottle swap: customer can replace any bottle from the approved pool for their tier - Add more bottles: up to the next tier's allocation (e.g., Classic 3btl → max 6btl) or can it just change cart price?) - Upgrade option: switch to Reserve tier with pricing shown - Real-time price summary at bottom (base price + extras) - Save preferences with confirmation - Deadline banner at top - Mobile-friendly 4. Payment Processing for Extras and Upgrades - One-time charge creation for add-on bottles (via Shopify draft orders or Appstle one-time charge API) - Plan swap in Appstle for permanent tier upgrades - Payment confirmation and receipt to customer 5. Fulfillment Order Generation - When customization window closes, system generates correct fulfillment orders per customer based on their saved selections - Line items reflect swaps, additions, and tier upgrades - Orders tagged/flagged per membership tier for packing and shipping 6. Fallback Handling - Customers who don't customize during the window automatically get the admin's default selection fulfilled
