Summary We're expanding our AI development agency and looking for an experienced AI Developer to join us in a partnership model — not a typical one-off contract. Eligibility Requirements: Must have a strong Upwork profile with proven high earnings and/or Top Rated / Top Rated Plus status Solid track record delivering AI/automation projects (chatbots, AI agents, LLM integrations, workflow automation, etc.) Please do not apply if you don't currently meet this bar — we're specifically looking for established freelancers, not entry-level developers.
