Summary We are looking for an experienced AI development team to build a private, enterprise-grade AI Knowledge Assistant that enables organizations to securely search, analyze, and interact with internal documents using a locally hosted Large Language Model (LLM). The solution must run entirely on-premise using open-source AI technologies, ensuring complete data privacy while providing fast and accurate responses based on the organization's knowledge base. AI & RAG Skills Deploy a local LLM using Ollama (Qwen3 preferred). Build a Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipeline. Integrate a vector database (Qdrant or Milvus). Enable semantic search across enterprise documents. Provide AI-generated responses with source citations.
