Summary LOOKING FOR: An experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) and Voice AI Automation Specialist to set up an automated multi-channel lead-warming system. PROJECT GOAL: Build an end-to-end automated workflow inside GoHighLevel that ingests cold leads, fires instant SMS and email follow-ups, triggers an outbound AI voice call (Retell AI or Vapi AI), qualifies the lead using a simple script, and routes hot prospects directly to a live human phone line or calendar. SCOPE OF WORK: 1. GoHighLevel Setup: - Configure a clean CRM pipeline: New Lead -Contacted -SMS/Email Sent -AI Calling -Qualified - Live Transferred / Booked - Archived. - Build a reusable Snapshot of this workflow for future client deployments. 2. Voice AI Configuration (Retell AI or Vapi AI): - Set up an outbound voice agent integrated with GHL webhooks/Make.com. - Configure dialogue logic to ask 3 lead-qualification questions and handle basic objections. - Implement real-time live call routing/patching to transfer qualified calls directly to a specified phone number. 3. Multi-Channel Workflow: - Trigger instant SMS & email within 30 seconds of a lead entering the system. - If no phone pickup, trigger a smart follow-up sequence (retries + SMS drop). - Log call transcripts, audio recordings, and tags back into GHL contact notes. 4. Testing & Handoff: - Perform end-to-end test calls to verify latency, voice realism, qualification logic, and live transfer functionality. - Deliver clear handoff documentation or brief video walkthrough. REQUIRED SKILLS: - Proven experience with GoHighLevel (Workflows, Webhooks, Pipelines, Snapshots) - Voice AI experience (Retell AI, Vapi AI, or Synthflow) - Automation middleware (Make.com, n8n, or Zapier) - API integration & Webhook management TO APPLY: Please submit a brief proposal answering the screening questions attached.
