Summary I'm the founder and CEO of Lorry, a logistics technology startup based in Saudi Arabia. We're building a modern freight and fleet management platform, and our next major focus is creating an AI-powered operating system for logistics. We're looking for someone to join us as a Fractional CTO / Head of AI Engineering to lead our technical direction. Your responsibilities would include: Designing and leading our AI architecture and roadmap. Managing our backend engineering team and mentoring our senior backend engineer, Abdullah. Reviewing technical decisions, code quality, and system architecture. Helping us build our first generation of AI agents for dispatch, operations, customer support, pricing, and analytics. Establishing engineering best practices and ensuring the platform is scalable and production-ready. Our engineering team is already in place, so this role is focused on providing strong technical leadership, making key architectural decisions, and helping us execute efficiently. We're looking for a long-term partner who enjoys building products from an early stage and can help shape the future of the company.
