Summary ## Project Overview I own two gyms in Western Australia and use Momence as our member management platform. The reporting inside Momence doesn't give us the retention insights we need, so I want to build our own dashboard using the Momence API (or another reliable method if the required data isn't available through the API). The goal is to automatically calculate member retention risk based on attendance and display it in a simple dashboard for our staff. ## What I Need I am looking for a developer with experience working with APIs, databases and dashboards. The application should: * Connect securely to our Momence account. * Retrieve all active members. * Retrieve each member's attendance history or latest check-in. * Store this information in a database. * Automatically sync every night (or more frequently if practical). * Calculate custom retention metrics. * Display everything in a clean web dashboard. If the Momence API cannot retrieve the required information, I am open to discussing browser automation (Playwright/Puppeteer) as a fallback solution. ## Dashboard Requirements For each member I would like to display: * Name * Membership type * Join date * Last attendance date * Days since last attendance * Number of visits in the last 30 days * Number of visits in the last 90 days * Average visits per week * Retention risk score * Traffic light status (Green / Yellow / Red / Critical) ## Traffic Light Logic The dashboard should automatically classify members using configurable rules. Example: Green * Attended within the last 7 days Yellow * 8–13 days since last attendance Red * 14–20 days Critical * More than 21 days These rules should be editable. ## Future Features This project will likely expand to include: * Lead tracking * Intro conversions * Membership growth * Revenue dashboard * Coach KPIs * Churn prediction * Automated staff task lists * SMS or email follow-up automation I am looking for someone interested in a long-term working relationship rather than a one-off project. ## Skills Required * REST APIs * OAuth authentication * Database design * Dashboard development * Automation * JavaScript or Python * Experience with SaaS integrations Experience with Momence would be a bonus but is not essential. Please include examples of similar dashboards or API integrations you have built.
