Hi, We're looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to build a reliable workflow that automates several parts of our business operations. The ideal freelancer should have strong experience with n8n, Make.com, OpenAI (ChatGPT), Airtable, Google Sheets, webhooks, REST APIs, and CRM automation. Project Scope We need someone who can: ✔ Build an end-to-end AI automation workflow ✔ Integrate OpenAI to generate intelligent responses and content ✔ Connect Airtable as our operational database ✔ Automate lead capture and qualification ✔ Sync data across multiple apps ✔ Configure API integrations and webhooks ✔ Create scalable workflows inside n8n or Make.com ✔ Build AI-powered business process automation ✔ Handle error handling, logging, retries, and notifications ✔ Create documentation for future scaling Tech Stack n8n Make.com OpenAI API Airtable Google Sheets Slack Gmail HTTP APIs Webhooks JSON CRM Integrations Nice to Have Experience with: AI Agents LangChain Claude API Anthropic MCP Telegram Automation WhatsApp Automation HubSpot Pipedrive Notion Vector Databases Pinecone Supabase If you've built AI workflow systems, CRM automations, or business process automations before, we'd love to see examples.
