Hi Louie -- Excited to work with you (fingers crossed)!! We have a couple of in-house folks who generally support this work, but I'm looking for outside expertise to support us with the challenges we've been facing for years and one person is experiencing health issues. Our school leaders use weekly blog posts to communicate with families. Here is an example: https://dvd.davincischools.org/. This is quite an old blog... We have two new Da Vinci programs that need blogs: The Levitt Lab and LifeLaunch. Ideally, we would have these new blogs functional in the next few weeks. Blog capability is the most important thing, the web content can come later. We currently have about 5 total blogs org-wide. Some of the priorities and problems we are trying to overcome: + Our Wordpress websites are connected to GoDaddy email marketing which is not ideal because it's not always reliable and scalable (we run out of monthly email sends) and the basic RSS-to-email feed results in poor formatting and limited functionality + We need blog posts to distribute within ~ 15 minutes of being published -- this is in case of a campus emergency. + We use Constant Contact for email newsletters, but haven't explored how it might integrate with our blogs. + I'm sure there are other solutions and tools out there that you may know about.
