Automation & Tech Specialist for Online Fitness Membership Platform

Summary We’re launching a new online fitness membership business and are looking for an experienced tech/automation specialist to help us build the backend systems and customer journey. The branding, website direction and overall customer flow have already been mapped out. We now need someone who can take this and build a simple, reliable and scalable system. The project will involve connecting: Website and checkout Recurring subscription payments Everfit Client onboarding/forms Email automations Online community access Membership access and cancellations A key part of the project will be automating the customer journey from purchase through to onboarding and ongoing program delivery, with as little manual management as possible. We currently have a website in development but are open to recommendations on the best platform and tech stack rather than being tied to the current setup. Experience with Everfit is highly preferred, along with experience in: Membership/subscription businesses Zapier, Make or API integrations Payment and subscription automation CRM/email automation Online fitness/coaching platforms Automated onboarding flows We’re a startup, so we’re looking for someone who can keep the initial build streamlined and cost-effective while setting up the right foundations to scale. This would ideally be a one-off setup/build project initially, with the potential for ongoing maintenance, support and further development as the business grows.
