We run an online program that teaches everyday people (many of them beginners, and not very tech-savvy) how to build AI-agent-powered digital products. Everything is built on Manus, an AI agent platform. Our students love the program, but a lot of them get stuck on the tech side, just navigating Manus, installing their agents, and pulling their outputs. We're hiring a patient, friendly tech coach to run live office-hours calls and get them un-stuck. This is a support and hand-holding role, not a developer role. The most important thing is that you're great with non-technical people and can make the tech feel simple. What you'll do Host 1–2 live group office-hours calls per week on Zoom (screen-share and walk people through it). Help students navigate Manus: setting up their account, importing and installing their agent files, running the agents, and finding their outputs. Troubleshoot common errors and answer "where do I click" questions calmly and clearly. Answer student questions in our community between calls (this is a core part of the role, not just the live calls). What we're looking for Very familiar with AI agents and skill files — hands-on with Manus ideally, or fluent enough with AI agents / no-code tools to master it fast (we'll get you fully up to speed first). Real experience helping non-technical users — you know how to guide someone who's never touched this stuff. Comfortable running live calls and screen-sharing.
