Description: I need a WordPress developer to safely complete a stuck update and fix a shipping calculation issue on my WooCommerce site. Task 1: Complete WordPress update * An automatic WordPress core update is stuck showing “failed to complete,” even after one retry attempt. * My hosting is a free-tier plan, so their tech support won’t assist with this — I need someone to diagnose and complete it safely without breaking the live site. Task 2: Update plugins in the correct order * Several plugins need updating, including ArtGalleria (over a year out of date) and WooCommerce-related plugins. * Needs to be done in a safe order — core plugins before their add-ons — to avoid conflicts. * Site crashed once already from a plugin update, so please back up first and test carefully. Task 3: Fix shopping cart shipping calculation * Shipping cost is calculating, but the amount charged is too low — undercharging customers relative to actual shipping cost. * Needs investigation into shipping settings/plugin (rates, zones, weight or dimension settings, etc.) to find the source of the miscalculation. Other notes: * Site is currently in WordPress Recovery Mode following a recent crash and restore by my host. * Please back up the site before making any changes. * Looking for someone experienced with WordPress core, plugin management, and WooCommerce specifically.
