Summary Hi! My business partner and I are launching a new company called **SmartHost OS**, a SaaS platform and operations service for the short-term rental (Airbnb) industry. We're looking for a long-term development partner to build Version 1 of our platform. The project will include: * A modern, professional marketing website * A secure client portal where owners can view their properties, approvals, reports, documents, and communicate with our team * An internal operations portal where our team manages guest communication, tasks, vendor information, cleaner schedules, maintenance, property information, SOPs, and other daily operations * Integrations with third-party platforms where possible (such as Airbnb through approved methods, Hospitable, and other STR software) We're **not** trying to build our own PMS or replace Airbnb. Our goal is to create a centralized operations platform that helps our team manage everything from one place while integrating with existing tools where appropriate. We're looking for a team with experience building SaaS platforms, dashboards, portals, and API integrations.
