Summary ________________________________________ WhatsApp AI Sales Agent — Full N8N Integration I'm building Dignitas.bg, an online funeral services platform in Bulgaria serving the Bulgarian diaspora across Germany, UK, and Spain. WHAT NEEDS TO BE BUILT A fully working WhatsApp AI agent that: 1. Receives incoming WhatsApp messages 2. Passes conversation to AI API with full session memory 3. AI acts as a funeral services sales assistant — collecting information through a natural conversation (8-10 questions) in Bulgarian/English/German 4. At the end of the conversation, automatically generates a structured one-pager PDF with: o Deceased person details o Requested services and prices o Full task checklist for the agency and for the relatives o Estimated total budget 5. Sends the one-pager by email to the partner funeral agency 6. Sends a payment/confirmation link back to the WhatsApp client DELIVERABLES 1. Working end-to-end WhatsApp conversation with AI 2. Session memory — agent remembers previous messages in the conversation 3. Proper sales flow: greeting - type of service - details - upsell - quote 4. Auto-generated one-pager PDF after completed conversation 5. Email notification to agency with PDF attached 6. WhatsApp confirmation message to client with total price 7.
