Summary We are looking for an experienced GoHighLevel (GHL) AI Automation Specialist to build and optimize AI-powered inbound and outbound calling systems. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with GHL AI Voice Agents, workflows, automations, CRM pipelines, and lead management. Your primary responsibility will be designing intelligent AI voice agents that can handle inbound inquiries, make outbound follow-up calls, qualify leads, book appointments, and automate customer communication without requiring manual intervention. Responsibilities: Build AI Voice Agents inside GoHighLevel for inbound and outbound calling. Create end-to-end automations using GHL Workflows. Design conversation flows for lead qualification and customer support. Configure appointment booking, reminders, and follow-up sequences. Automate SMS, email, voicemail, and missed-call text-back campaigns. Integrate AI Agents with calendars, CRM, pipelines, and custom fields. Set up triggers, conditions, tags, and opportunity management. Optimize call routing and escalation to live agents when necessary. Test, troubleshoot, and improve AI conversations and workflow performance. Integrate third-party tools when required using APIs, webhooks, or Zapier/Make. Requirements: Proven experience with GoHighLevel AI Voice Agents. Strong knowledge of GHL Workflows and Automation Builder. Experience with inbound and outbound AI calling campaigns. Understanding of CRM management and pipeline automation. Experience integrating Twilio, OpenAI, webhooks, APIs, or Make/Zapier. Ability to create scalable, reliable automation systems. Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
