Summary AI Automation & Business Systems Architect (Freelance) We are looking for a long-term freelance partner to help design and implement AI-powered business systems for our clients. Your role is not just to build automations. You will analyze business processes, simplify workflows, identify automation opportunities, and implement scalable AI solutions. Required Skills Business process analysis and optimization AI agents and Large Language Models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) n8n, Make, or Microsoft Power Automate Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive) REST APIs, Webhooks, JSON Technical documentation and SOP creation Excellent English communication Nice to Have Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) Experience designing knowledge management systems Understanding of change management and digital transformation We value candidates who think like business architects rather than software developers.
