We are a Swiss web agency migrating 120-150 small business websites from legacy CMS platforms (MODX, WordPress/Divi/Elementor) to modern static sites built with Astro 5 + Tailwind CSS 4. We're looking for 1-2 reliable developers who can handle this as ongoing assembly-line work — one site at a time, paid per completed and approved migration. What You'll Do - Receive a ready-made export package per site (HTML, CSS, images, screenshots) — no server access or CMS login needed - Migrate 5-15 page websites into Astro 5 using our detailed migration guide and project template - Match the original site 1:1 in content and layout — texts word-for-word, same images, same structure - Apply Tailwind CSS 4 utility classes, self-hosted fonts (no Google Fonts CDN) - Implement 10 mandatory scroll/hover animations (custom CSS + IntersectionObserver, no jQuery/AOS.js) - Wire up contact forms (PHP backend provided) - Add Schema.org JSON-LD, meta tags, OG tags - Pass our automated quality check (score ≥ 85 on all pages) - Deliver a ZIP with source, built output (dist/), and a short migration report What We Provide - Complete migration guide (17 documents covering every detail) - Project template + CLI tooling (new-client.sh) - Export package per site (HTML, CSS, assets, reference screenshots) - Automated quality checker - Class translation tables (MODX → Tailwind) - Example completed migration for reference Requirements - Strong experience with Astro 5 and Tailwind CSS 4 — this is non-negotiable
