Our digital media company is scaling an entertainment and movie content hub on Telegram targeting audiences across India. We are seeking a skilled User Acquisition & Telegram Operations Specialist to deploy a multi-channel traffic strategy. The ideal candidate will leverage Telegram’s internal search mechanics to gain maximum visibility and drive high-intent users toward our Android App (APK) download ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Keyword Optimization: Identify trending entertainment and cinema-related search terms in India (including Hindi, Hinglish, and regional keywords) to optimize channel discoverability. Network Management: Set up and maintain a structured matrix of interconnected Telegram channels designed to capture organic user search traffic. Engagement & Conversion: Design persuasive, high-performing text and visual layouts for pinned posts to boost user click-through rates (CTR) for our mobile application links. Data Tracking: Monitor channel visibility, track search ranking positions, and continuously refine optimization methods. Requirements: Solid expertise in Telegram’s native discovery algorithms, search behaviors, and channel optimization techniques. Prior experience running mobile app installation campaigns or CPA marketing via social messaging platforms. Deep understanding of the Indian pop culture and cinema landscape (Bollywood and South Indian movies). Strong organization skills to efficiently oversee dozens of active channels simultaneously.
