Summary Google Workspace Developer Needed – Customer Feedback System (Google Forms, Google Sheets & Apps Script) Project Overview Advanced Solutions Property Management (ASPM) is seeking an experienced Google Workspace developer to build a simple, professional customer feedback system using Google Forms, Google Sheets, and Google Apps Script. This is NOT a CRM project. This is NOT an email automation project. This is NOT a large enterprise application. We simply want a quick and easy way for our property owners to tell us whether they had a good or bad experience after interacting with our office. Our goal is to maximize customer participation by making the feedback process take less than 30 seconds. Project Objective We want to place a simple feedback request at the bottom of every email and text message sent by our office. Example: How has your experience with ASPM been? 👍 Great Experience 👎 Needs Improvement The thumbs up and thumbs down icons themselves should be clickable, not just text links. When a customer clicks either icon, they should be taken directly to the appropriate Google Form. The entire process should be fast, mobile-friendly, and require as few clicks as possible. Positive Feedback Flow When a customer clicks 👍 Great Experience, they should see a simple form containing: Thank you for your feedback! Optional question: Anything you'd like to share? (Comment box) The customer should be able to submit the form in just a few seconds. Negative Feedback Flow When a customer clicks 👎 Needs Improvement, they should be presented with a form asking: What could we have done better? Checkbox options: Communication Response Time Maintenance Billing Leasing Other Paragraph field: Please tell us what happened. This form should remain simple while collecting meaningful information that management can review. Google Sheet All responses should automatically populate a Google Sheet. Suggested columns: Date Time Positive or Negative Complaint Category Customer Comments Dashboard Create a simple dashboard within Google Sheets that automatically updates and displays: Total Responses Positive Responses Negative Responses Overall Satisfaction Percentage Monthly Response Trend Most Common Complaint Categories Recent Negative Comments Simple charts and graphs are sufficient. Technical Requirements The project must use only: Google Forms Google Sheets Google Apps Script Please do not use: Zapier Make.com Airtable External databases Paid software Third-party integrations The solution should remain completely within Google Workspace. Design Requirements The system should be: Clean Professional Mobile-friendly Easy to maintain Easy to duplicate Fast to complete for customers The primary objective is maximizing participation by keeping the feedback process extremely short and simple. Deliverables Please provide: Google Form(s) Google Sheet Google Apps Script source code Dashboard Installation instructions Documentation explaining how to edit the form, dashboard, and categories in the future Future Opportunities This project is Phase 1 of several Google Workspace projects. Future projects may include: AI-generated management summaries Internal KPI dashboards Operations reporting Google Workspace automation Owner and tenant reporting We are looking to establish a long-term relationship with a developer who has strong Google Apps Script and Google Workspace experience.
