Summary Title: GoHighLevel developer needed — calendar availability webhook + workflow branching (replicable across sub-accounts) Description: I run a GoHighLevel agency building templated sub-accounts for golf coaches. I need a webhook built into an automated weekly workflow. What it needs to do: A weekly Scheduler trigger fires A webhook checks native GHL calendar availability for that sub-account's coach calendar Result (open slots yes/no, or a count) gets written to a Custom Value Workflow branches from there: IF slots are open → Path A (booking email), IF no slots → Path B (alternative services email) Critical requirement: This must be built dynamically using workflow/location variables — NOT hardcoded to one specific calendar ID or sub-account. I will be cloning this workflow via snapshot into many different coach sub-accounts going forward, and it needs to work automatically in each new one without rebuilding.
