Summary ## Project Summary: Migrate ERP System from Laravel 11 to Laravel 13 We are looking for an experienced **Laravel developer** to migrate our existing **ERP system** from **Laravel 11** to the latest **Laravel 13**. The primary objective is to upgrade the application while ensuring all existing ERP functionality remains stable and fully operational. The successful candidate should review and update framework dependencies, resolve breaking changes, and ensure compatibility with Laravel 13 and its ecosystem. ### Responsibilities * Upgrade the application from Laravel 11 to Laravel 13. * Update Composer dependencies and third-party packages. * Refactor code where required to comply with Laravel 13 standards and best practices. * Resolve any compatibility issues introduced by the framework upgrade. * Ensure all ERP modules (e.g., user management, inventory, sales, purchasing, finance, reporting, etc.) continue to function correctly. * Verify queues, scheduled tasks, notifications, emails, APIs, authentication, and integrations after the upgrade. * Perform thorough testing and fix any issues discovered during the migration. * Optimize the application where appropriate and ensure it is production-ready. ### Required Skills * Strong experience with Laravel framework upgrades and migrations. * Excellent knowledge of PHP 8.x, Composer, and MySQL. * Experience maintaining and upgrading large-scale Laravel applications. * Familiarity with queues, caching, authentication, REST APIs, and common Laravel packages. * Ability to troubleshoot dependency conflicts and framework compatibility issues. * Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows. ### Deliverables * Fully upgraded Laravel 13 application. * All existing functionality preserved and tested. * Updated dependencies with no unresolved compatibility issues. * Clean, maintainable, production-ready code. * Documentation of any significant changes or migration steps.
