Summary # Senior AI Product Engineer (Claude Code, Lovable & AI Systems) Long-Term Opportunity | Build Real Products | AI-First Development ## About Us We're building an ecosystem of AI-powered software products under Omega Systems. Unlike a typical startup with one product, our software is built around solving real operational problems inside our own businesses first. Every system is tested daily in production before evolving into a standalone SaaS platform. Our flagship platform is Nexus, an AI-powered business operating system for education, but we're also building products across content creation, automotive, health, finance, social technology, marketplaces and enterprise software. We're looking for an exceptional AI Product Engineer who enjoys designing systems, shipping products quickly and using modern AI development tools to build software that scales. --- ## The Opportunity This isn't a role where you'll simply complete development tickets. We're looking for someone who can think like a product engineer—someone who understands architecture, challenges assumptions, proposes better solutions and takes ownership from concept through to implementation. We've already built prototypes across multiple products using Claude Code, Lovable, GitHub and modern AI tooling. Some areas are production-ready, while others need refactoring, stronger architecture and long-term thinking. Your job is to understand the ecosystem, improve what exists, build new functionality and help establish scalable foundations that every future product can share. --- ## Products You'll Work On ### Nexus Prime Our flagship AI-powered business operating system. Initially built for our education business, Nexus manages CRM, student and customer management, staff portals, scheduling, reporting, workflows, AI agents, automations, finance, operations and business intelligence. The long-term vision is to evolve Nexus into a reusable operating system that powers multiple industries. ### Nexus Studio An AI-powered creative production platform that brings recording, media management, transcription, video editing, image generation, publishing, marketing workflows and team collaboration into one intelligent workspace. Our education business is the first customer before commercial release. ### AI Education Platform AI-powered tools for lesson creation, assessments, worksheets, marking, tutor workflows, student learning and educational content generation. ### Internal AI Automation AI agents and workflow automation across marketing, administration, customer service, operations and sales. ### Future Products As our long-term engineering partner, you'll also contribute to products across the wider Omega Systems portfolio, including: * SocialVeil – influencer marketing and creator intelligence platform * VehicleCore – automotive ownership and enthusiast platform * Omega Drive – driving instructor marketplace * Duet – relationship and social platform * CareerOS – career development platform * Nexus Health – health and wellbeing platform * Orion – business planning and intelligence software * BudgetMe – personal finance platform * GymLoop – multi-gym membership platform * OnScroll – healthier social media platform * Engage Rewards – ethical advertising platform Many of these products share common infrastructure, making reusable architecture and scalable systems a major focus. --- ## Initial Sprint We're looking for someone who can start immediately. Your primary responsibility is to understand our existing products and design scalable systems before they are built. You'll create implementation-ready workflows, Lovable prompts, UI plans, technical architecture and product improvements that we will rapidly review, test and iterate together. Thoughtful planning and efficient use of those builds is essential. The goal isn't simply generating screens—it's ensuring every build moves the platform closer to production quality. As confidence grows, you'll transition into building directly inside Lovable and taking ownership of larger areas of the platform. --- ## Our Development Stack We work with modern AI-first development workflows including: * Claude Code * Lovable * GitHub * MCP servers * Supabase * APIs and integrations * AI agents * Prompt engineering * Authentication * Database design * Automation platforms * Modern frontend frameworks You don't need experience with every tool, but you should enjoy learning quickly and using AI to dramatically increase development speed. --- ## What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who: * Has strong full-stack engineering experience. * Enjoys building internal platforms, SaaS products or enterprise software. * Thinks in systems rather than isolated features. * Understands architecture, databases and scalable software design. * Is comfortable integrating external services and APIs. * Can communicate technical ideas clearly. * Challenges poor technical decisions and suggests better solutions. * Takes ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions. * Wants to build products for the long term. Experience with AI products, automation platforms, voice AI, agentic workflows or prompt engineering is highly valued. --- ## How We Work We move quickly. We prototype rapidly.
