Job description: I need NLP coach to guide me into creating a profitable trader character. Im reading my goals morning and night just how I did when I was trying to grow my first business. The same routine I was able to take that business from nothing without changing any of my marketing or sales strategies just beliefs. The same strategy now isnt working with trading. 1. I see myself lose everyday and im unable to believe that I can be profitable especially when the pain of losing money makes the feeling stronger. 2. Everytime I open the charts im over ridden by fear and greed and all I care about is the PnL and that causes me to lose since I stop focusing on understanding whats the market doing so I can form a bias and enter.
