We're an early-stage startup looking for an INTELLIGENT, FAST, FULL-STACK ENGINEER who can build SCALABLE, PRODUCTION-READY software... and also loves PRODUCTIVITY & PERSONAL GROWTH. Neurow is a productivity platform and life OS that integrates personal development and mental health to help goal-getters achieve more, in less time, with less burnout. At its core it's an AI AGENT and task/calendar manager that knows your goals, remembers your history, and works with you across multiple surfaces. --- WHAT YOU'D WORK ON: - A DESKTOP (Electron + Next.js/React) and a WEB APP + mobile surfaces (TELEGRAM now, SMS upcoming) and near future mobile application (ios & android in 2-3 months) - A Python backend - Google Cloud - The MEMORY SYSTEM: several stores working together (semantic, episodic, relational/graph, vector) - HARNESS ENGINEERING - AGENT WORKFLOWS: tool calls, scheduled jobs, background workers, multiple AI models - Scaling it all of it from "works for our first users" to "holds up under real load" ----------------------- WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: - You have strong opinions about agent memory and context continuity. If you've worked with Mem0, Letta/MemGPT, Zep, knowledge graphs, or vector databases, tell us about it.
