Summary The Mission We have a crystal-clear feature board, a fully drafted set of security policies, and a functioning infrastructure hosted on Google Cloud. What we don’t have is an autonomous engine. We are currently operating with zero autonomous loops, and I need a visionary developer to change that. As the Chief Growth Officer, my goal is to get us SOC 2 compliance-ready on an AWS environment. I need a coach who can help me build and train an elite, agentic AI development team to automate this entire migration, deploy the architecture, and integrate monitoring tools like Watchtower to meet strict compliance standards. This isn’t about managing human devs; it's about coaching our AI agents and the engineers who steer them to achieve true autonomy. What You’ll Be Doing (The Playbook) Build the Agentic Team: Use OpenCLAW and Hermes to spin up specialized, autonomous agent loops that can ingest our feature board and execute code independently. The Hardware/Software Nexus: Optimize our local development environment. We are running local inference and orchestrations on Mac Minis, writing code via Cursor, managing repos through GitHub, and leveraging Perplexity Pro for real-time deep research and synthesis. The AWS Migration Loop: Build a dedicated agentic pipeline that reads our existing GCP infrastructure, references our drafted SOC 2 policies, and autonomously generates/deploys the corresponding Terraform/CloudFormation templates to AWS. SOC 2 Readiness: Program agents to configure Watchtower, IAM roles, logging, and continuous monitoring on AWS to ensure every piece of infrastructure maps perfectly to our compliance documentation.
