Description

Summary We're a vertical SaaS CRM (multi-tenant, Supabase + GoHighLevel today) and we're bringing our phone system native by integrating Telnyx directly into our app. We need someone who's done this before — not someone learning it on our dime. The job: Integrate Telnyx voice + SMS into our existing app via REST API and webhooks Build per-tenant provisioning: each customer gets their own number + automated A2P/10DLC registration, programmatically Wire usage metering per sub-account (feeds our billing) Stand up Telnyx's voice-AI layer and hand off to our own function-calling AI logic Inbound events → actions in our app (create ticket, log to customer record, book job) You should have: Shipped a Telnyx (or similar CPaaS — Twilio/Bandwidth) integration in production Strong on webhooks, real-time voice/call state, A2P compliance Multi-tenant SaaS experience — sub-account provisioning is the core challenge Bonus: WebRTC softphone, Supabase, voice-AI agents (Vapi/Retell) To apply: One paragraph on a CPaaS integration you've shipped — specifically how you handled per-tenant provisioning and A2P.
