Summary We are launching Sweet Connections, a new job board and vendor-discovery platform built specifically for the multifamily apartment industry. We need an experienced ATS and job-board integration specialist who can help us connect Sweet Connections with applicant tracking systems and job-distribution networks so that relevant multifamily jobs can be automatically published on our platform. This is not a recruiting position, and we are not looking for a general social-media manager. We need someone with practical technical and business-development experience involving applicant tracking systems, job-board integrations, job feeds, and job-distribution partnerships. Initial responsibilities will include: • Review our existing website and job-board functionality • Recommend the best integration strategy for Sweet Connections • Help us establish connections with iCIMS and other major ATS platforms • Identify whether each connection should use an API, XML feed, RSS feed, webhook, scraping solution, or job-distribution partner • Help us connect with job distributors and aggregators such as JobTarget or similar services • Determine how we can receive and publish multifamily job listings from property-management companies • Assist with employer account creation, job-feed mapping, testing, deduplication, expiration, and removal of filled or outdated positions • Make sure our job pages are properly structured and indexed for Google for Jobs • Identify technical requirements, costs, contracts, approvals, and partner-program requirements • Communicate directly with our website developer and prospective integration partners • Help create a practical roadmap for adding additional ATS and job-board connections • Advise us on tracking job views, applications, sources, and conversion activity Secondary experience with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, email marketing, and launching social-media accounts would be helpful. However, ATS and job-board integration experience is the primary requirement. Ideal experience: • iCIMS or comparable ATS integration experience • Job-board, recruiting-platform, or HR-technology experience • REST APIs, XML job feeds, webhooks, RSS, JSON, and data mapping • Google for Jobs structured-data requirements • Job-distribution or job-aggregation platforms • Experience communicating with ATS vendors, job boards, and enterprise HR departments • Ability to translate technical information into a clear implementation plan • Strong project-management and follow-through skills Please do not apply if your experience is limited to posting jobs manually or operating an ATS as a recruiter. This project may begin as a paid consultation and technical assessment, followed by implementation and ongoing management. If the relationship works well, it could develop into a longer-term position as Sweet Connections expands.
