Summary We're building a restaurant staff management and POS platform—and we want it built the modern way: AI-first, using vibe coding from start to finish. This isn't a traditional dev project. We're looking for someone who uses AI tools like Cursor, Claude Code, v0, or Bolt as their primary development workflow to ship a full product—staff scheduling, POS, order tracking, reporting—in a fraction of the usual time. Speed matters, but so does knowing how to guide AI to produce clean, reliable, production-ready code. What You'll Be Doing - Using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot, or similar) as your primary workflow to build the entire app - Prompting, iterating, and refining AI-generated code into a polished, production-ready product - Building the POS flow with AI assistance: menu management, order entry, tickets, and receipts - Generating staff management features—shift scheduling, clock-in/clock-out, roles and permissions—through rapid AI-driven iteration - Standing up Firebase and Node.js backends with real-time sync, scaffolded and refined with AI - Reviewing and debugging AI output so the final code is clean, secure, and reliable under real restaurant conditions - Sharing your vibe coding process with us so we can see how you work with AI Who You Are You're a developer who has fully embraced the AI-first way of building software. Vibe coding isn't a buzzword to you—it's how you actually work. You know how to break a product into prompts, steer AI tools toward the right architecture, and catch the mistakes AI makes before they become bugs. You ship in days what used to take weeks.
