Summary I am looking for someone who is comfortable with AI & automation tools. Especially someone who is a good problem solver, communicator, and a fast learner. The goal is to provide solutions to business oriented problems. Ideally you can work autonomously, pay attention to detail, and think proactively rather than retroactively. One big requirement is a respect for timing and deadlines. I'd much rather someone who sticks to timelines, communicates clearly, learns fast and is eager to improve. This means you don't have to be a full-on expert in your field, but have a good base understanding of this technology and have some real client work under your belt. You would be working alongside me on these jobs and helping me out with fulfilment. I want to be able to trust you with the work and ideally create a long-term partnership + give you ownership over your work. Bonus if you're good with the following: - Meta ads, TikTok ads, Google ads (any ads platform + tracking/retargeting) - Voice agent systems - CRM Automations (GHL, HubSpot, Salesforce etc.) - Sales pipelines and funnels (Email, SMS, leadgen, scraping etc.) I'm really looking for someone who is hungry, motivated, and great at communication.
