What we need is the person who builds the core. **What we're building:** the execution layer that runs a dance or movement studio's entire journey — from first enquiry to paid member — on top of the software the studio already uses. Not another CRM. Not an agency. The layer that makes existing tools actually work. This is a **co-founder role, on equity.** ## What you build - A German-speaking voice agent that answers calls and books trials - WhatsApp and direct-message agents, template-compliant - Orchestration across calendar, payments, CRM and booking systems - Multi-tenancy — one core serving many studios, cleanly separated - Reliability — it never invents an appointment or a price - Later, once several studios are live, potentially our own CRM This is the heart of the product. ## How this works This is a **paid engagement through Upwork** — the work is scoped and paid on the platform, so there is no risk to you in starting, and payment is handled entirely through Upwork.
