Summary Senior AI Systems Architect & Automation Engineer (ChatGPT, Claude & Workflow Automation) We are a luxury membership business and PR agency looking for an experienced AI Systems Architect & Automation Engineer to help us build an internal AI operating system. Our preferred platforms are ChatGPT (OpenAI) and Claude (Anthropic), and we are looking for someone who can recommend the best architecture and workflows using one or both platforms where appropriate. The first project is to design and build an AI Membership Copilot to support our Membership & Community Coordinator with: Membership pipeline management Daily prioritisation Follow-up recommendations CRM workflows Reporting and analytics Drafting personalised communications Process automation This is the first phase of a wider AI transformation that will eventually extend across operations, partnerships, events, PR, marketing and executive support. We're looking for someone with proven experience in: ChatGPT Projects & Custom GPTs Claude Projects OpenAI API and/or Anthropic API Make, n8n or similar automation platforms CRM integrations (Zoho experience is a plus) Google Workspace integrations Workflow automation AI system architecture AI security and human-in-the-loop workflows This is a hands-on implementation role. We are not looking for generic AI consulting or prompt engineering we are looking for someone who can design, build, integrate and document a scalable internal AI operating system. A signed NDA will be required before detailed business processes and documentation are shared.
