Summary We are an EU-based software publisher. We are rebuilding an existing multi-tenant B2B SaaS platform from scratch, on a new architecture of your choosing. No reuse of the existing codebase. This contract covers a one-month development phase, full time: Monday 3 August to Monday 31 August 2026. This is a build phase: we expect working software, deployed continuously on an environment we can access. A project review is held at the end of August to assess where we stand and contract the following phase. What makes this platform specific Software agents must execute business processes end to end, not merely suggest. The architecture has to support a graded autonomy policy (from informing only, up to autonomous execution restricted to internal reversible actions), a registry of executable actions with their permissions and reversibility, dry-run previews, kill switch, cost caps per run, and full auditability of what agents did. Indicative milestones • Week 1: multi-tenant foundation (strict tenant isolation, authentication, roles and permissions, core reference data). • Week 2: agent layer (orchestration of long asynchronous runs, action registry, autonomy policy engine, execution traces and cost tracking). • Week 3: a first complete agent workflow running end to end on real business data (detection, scoring, triggering, tool-based execution, report, reversibility). • Week 4: business modules (document analysis and extraction, structured candidate and company records, semantic search and matching, pipeline management, document generation). These milestones are indicative and adjusted together as the month progresses. Requirements • Proven experience with multi-tenant B2B SaaS (tenant isolation, roles and permissions, subscriptions). • Real production experience with LLM-based features, and ideally agent architectures beyond simple model calls. • Ability to deliver at a sustained pace without cutting corners on isolation and data protection. • EU data hosting and GDPR-compliant design are mandatory. • Working language: French or English. Source code, specifications and agent configurations belong to us from day one, with full reversibility. Timeline Start Monday 3 August 2026, end Monday 31 August 2026.
