# AI-Native Software Developer — Build Production-Grade AI Products We’re looking for a strong **AI-native software developer** who can take product ideas from concept to **production-grade software** quickly. You should have a solid background as a **software developer/engineer** and now use AI coding tools extensively to accelerate how you build. We are not looking for someone whose development experience started with AI coding tools — you should understand software engineering fundamentals and know how to build reliable, maintainable systems. This is not a traditional development role where you receive detailed specifications and implement tickets. We’re looking for someone who can understand a product problem, make good technical decisions, and own development end-to-end. ### What you'll work on You’ll help build AI-powered B2B products involving data, analytics, workflows, and intelligent automation. You should be comfortable: * Building **production-grade full-stack applications** end-to-end * Using AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or similar as a core part of your development workflow * Integrating LLM APIs and building AI/agentic workflows * Working with Python and modern web stacks * Designing APIs, databases, authentication, integrations, and deployment infrastructure * Writing maintainable code and making sound architecture decisions * Taking loosely defined product requirements and turning them into working software * Shipping quickly without co
