Summary We are seeking a senior AI full stack developer to lead our project. The role involves developing and maintaining AI applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems, and optimizing performance. The project is initially fixed price but offers the potential for long-term collaboration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI technologies and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. Senior AI Product Engineer (Claude Code, Lovable, AI Automation) Long-Term Opportunity | Fixed-Price Projects + Ongoing Work About Us We are building a portfolio of AI-powered software products that are transforming how our education business operates. Our tutoring company serves as the real-world testing ground for everything we build. Every system is first developed to solve genuine operational problems inside our own business before being expanded into standalone SaaS products. This means you won’t be joining a typical agency project. You’ll be helping build an ecosystem of AI products that are used daily, continually improved through real customer feedback, and ultimately commercialised. We already have multiple projects underway and are looking for an exceptional developer who enjoys building with modern AI tools rather than traditional development alone. ⸻ The Role We are looking for an experienced AI Product Engineer to become our long-term technical development partner. Your first responsibility will be understanding our existing ecosystem. We’ve already built prototypes across several projects using Lovable, Claude Code and GitHub. Some parts work well, while others have become difficult to maintain or simply aren’t production-ready. Rather than starting from scratch, we want someone who can: * Understand how our entire ecosystem fits together * Review our existing projects * Recommend better architecture where appropriate * Continue building on top of what already exists * Create scalable foundations instead of quick fixes We are not looking for someone who simply completes tickets. We want someone who can think critically, challenge poor technical decisions, suggest better approaches and help us build software properly. ⸻ Current Projects You’ll work across a growing portfolio of AI products including: Omega Nexus Our internal operating system for running our education business. This includes: * CRM * Student management * Parent portal * Tutor portal * Internal operations * Reporting * Automations * AI workflows * Business dashboards ⸻ Nexus Studio An AI-powered content operating system. The vision is to replace multiple disconnected tools with one intelligent workflow. Example functionality includes: * Recording long-form content * Uploading and organising media * AI transcription * AI editing * AI-generated captions * Thumbnail generation * Image editing * Short-form clip extraction * Reel generation * TikTok generation * Facebook video generation * LinkedIn content * YouTube publishing * Scheduling * Team collaboration * Content approval workflows * Analytics * Asset management The tutoring business is the first customer. The long-term goal is to commercialise this as a standalone SaaS platform. ⸻ AI Education Platform We’re building AI-powered systems to assist with educational delivery including: * lesson creation * worksheet generation * assessment creation * marking assistance * tutor workflows * student learning tools * AI-assisted educational content ⸻ Internal AI Automation We are continually building internal tools that automate repetitive work across marketing, operations, administration and customer management. These projects evolve constantly. You’ll likely move between products depending on priorities. ⸻ Our Development Stack You should be comfortable working with modern AI-first development workflows including: * Claude Code * Lovable * GitHub * MCP servers * APIs * AI agent workflows * Prompt engineering * Supabase * Authentication * Database design * Integrations * Automation platforms * Modern frontend development You don’t need experience with every technology, but you should enjoy learning quickly and using AI as a force multiplier. ⸻ How We Work We move quickly.
