A healthcare services provider is expanding its automation capabilities and is looking for an experienced AI Automation Specialist to lead the design and implementation of intelligent workflows. We are modernizing our operations by connecting business systems, AI services, and internal databases into a unified automation platform. This project requires someone who can think beyond simple automations and design maintainable, scalable solutions. Project Overview Create a voice AI receptionist capable of handling calls, bookings, reminders, and CRM updates. The successful freelancer will evaluate our current processes, identify bottlenecks, propose improvements, and build a production-ready solution that reduces manual effort while improving reliability and visibility across the business.
