Summary We're an AI automation agency building systems for home remodeling companies — AI phone receptionists, instant speed-to-lead follow-up, and the automations that hold it all together. We're looking for one technical partner to own the build side of that work with us, long-term. This isn't a one-and-done gig. As we bring on clients, you build their systems. We handle sales, strategy, and the client relationship — you handle the tech. The better we do together, the more you make. What you'd be building: - AI voice receptionists that answer calls, qualify leads, and book appointments - Speed-to-lead automations that hit a new lead within seconds - Backend automations and integrations to connect everything - Mostly in GoHighLevel, plus voice AI tools and automation platforms (n8n / Make / Zapier / APIs) What it pays: - $2,000–2,500 per client build — 50% of our build fee ($4,000–5,000) - $200–400/mo recurring per client — 20% of the monthly retainer, paid every month you're maintaining that client's system Each client we sign adds to your monthly recurring income. This is built to reward someone who sticks around, not someone clearing a single ticket. How you get paid: The client pays us, then we pay you — before you start building, not after you deliver. You're never chasing an invoice on finished work. Where we're at: We're onboarding clients now. First thing I'd want is to build a reusable demo system with you — an AI receptionist + speed-to-lead flow for a remodeler — so we're ready to move the day a client signs. Paid client builds follow from there. The setup: Standard independent contractor agreement — we own the finished builds and the client relationship, you own the technical execution.
