Summary We're looking for an experienced AI Agent Developer to help us build production-ready AI agents and workflow automations. This is not a simple chatbot project. We're building autonomous AI systems capable of planning, tool calling, memory management, document processing, and integration with external business applications. The ideal candidate has experience building reliable LLM applications using modern agent frameworks and understands how to move beyond prompt engineering into scalable AI systems. This is a long-term opportunity with ongoing work. Responsibilities - Design and develop AI agents using GPT-4.x, Claude, or Gemini - Build multi-agent workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar frameworks - Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) - Connect AI agents with business APIs and databases - Build custom tools and function calling workflows - Integrate MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers - Develop automation workflows using n8n - Create memory systems for long-running conversations - Optimize prompts and agent behavior - Debug AI hallucinations and improve reliability - Deploy production-ready AI applications - Write clean, maintainable Python code - Participate in architecture discussions
