Summary We're SmartProtest. We use AI to help homeowners fight high property tax bills, and the app is already live with real users. It's built on Next.js, TypeScript, and Node.js, and an LLM does the heavy lifting. What I want to get done in this first 10 hour project is pretty simple: clean up the site and make the AI stronger. That means fixing the broken pages and SEO, getting a user form working right, then going through the AI pipeline that builds our reports and making it accurate and trustworthy. I'm looking for a senior full-stack AI engineer who can jump into code they didn't write, figure it out fast, and ship good work that's actually been tested. If this goes well, I've got more work for you. Skills I need (in detail): Front-end: Next.js, React, TypeScript, SSR, plus mobile and accessibility Back-end: Node.js, serverless, APIs, error handling AI/LLM: Claude or OpenAI in production — prompts, JSON output, grounding, guardrails, keeping costs down Data: hooking up outside APIs and data feeds, and cleaning up messy data SEO: schema, sitemaps, metadata, crawlability Tools: AWS, Stripe, Git, modern deploy setups The work itself: auditing, fixing bugs, building features, testing, and QA
