Summary AI Lead Enrichment & Personalized Outreach — Senior AI Automation Engineer (Contract, Upwork) We're a German B2B software company looking for a senior engineer to build an intelligent layer on our inbound funnel. When a visitor's email hits HubSpot, the pipeline should automatically (1) verify and enrich the lead and (2) draft a personalized first email for our SDRs. Volume: a few thousand leads/month. English-speaking, hourly, phased — we pay senior rates for someone who's genuinely shipped this before. What you'll build Verify & enrich: validate deliverability, catch fake/role-based addresses, confirm the real person (e.g. LinkedIn), resolve the company, and pull context — headcount, revenue, industry, vacancies, recent news — then write scored, structured data back to HubSpot. Personalized outreach: combine enrichment with on-site behavior (Google Analytics + HubSpot) into genuinely tailored first emails — not token merge. Phase 1 is human-in-the-loop; Phase 2 moves to gated automation with guardrails and a kill switch. Non-negotiables Built on n8n or Windmill (tell us your pick and why). Any LLM that fits GDPR. GDPR is first-class. The critical piece: Art. 17 erasure across the LLM step — via Zero-Data-Retention or an auditable prompt-deletion process. Our DPO owns the legal calls; we need sound implementation and early risk-flagging from you. Explicit buy-vs-build calls on Clay, BuiltWith, TheirStack — one line each. We value speed: a fast, honest path to a working MVP over exhaustive up-front design.
