Hi Melojanes, I am working with one of my clients who runs a medium size clinic, they require an AI Bot that works as a receptionist, we will start with proto type model, nothing is going to be integrated with any system, rather it will be assigned a phone number for testing purposes, and it should be able to take notes from patients, it doesn't take any action on any other system except taking taking notes after asking the patients about their purpose of call, their contact details, etc. then it will take these notes coverts them into emails sent to the real receptionist for following up next morning. another copy of phone logs and details should be on excel sheet I need to know how hours you think this job takes? and what other details that I need to be made aware of when it comes to building such a bot for such performance
