Summary We are a growing digital marketing and website agency looking for an experienced AI Automation & Systems Specialist to help us identify, implement, and optimize AI-powered workflows across our business. We want someone who understands both AI technology and agency operations, and can recommend the best tools, set them up, integrate them into our existing systems, and automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency, quality, and profitability. About Us We provide website design and development, SEO, Google Ads, social media marketing, branding, content creation, and other digital marketing services for a wide range of clients. We're looking to modernize our operations by leveraging the latest AI platforms and automation tools. What You'll Do Audit our current agency workflows and identify automation opportunities. Recommend the most suitable AI platforms and software for our business. Design and implement AI-driven systems and automations. Integrate AI tools with our existing software stack. Build automated workflows that reduce manual work and increase productivity. Create SOPs and documentation for implemented systems. Train our team on how to use the new AI tools effectively. Recommend ongoing improvements as new AI technologies become available. Ideal Candidate You have: Proven experience implementing AI solutions for agencies or service businesses. Strong automation and systems-thinking skills. Experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms. Knowledge of current AI tools and emerging technologies. Excellent communication skills. The ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms.
