Description

Summary We are looking for an experienced Fractional CTO or AI engineering consultant to design an end-to-end product development workflow centred around Claude Code. The objective is to define how our product and engineering teams should use AI, automation, and human review from customer discovery through production release and iteration. The workflow should cover: 1. Customer Insights to Product Requirements Define how customer feedback, support conversations, product analytics, app usage data, UX behaviour, and business requirements are analysed and converted into clear product opportunities. 2. Product Specification Create a workflow that helps product managers convert requirements into implementation-ready product specifications, including: •⁠ ⁠User journeys •⁠ ⁠Functional requirements •⁠ ⁠Success metrics •⁠ ⁠Edge cases •⁠ ⁠Analytics requirements •⁠ ⁠Acceptance criteria 3. Product Specification to Engineering Plan Define how Claude Code should help engineers analyse the existing codebase and convert product specifications into: •⁠ ⁠Technical specifications •⁠ ⁠Architecture and data changes •⁠ ⁠API contracts •⁠ ⁠Development tasks •⁠ ⁠Testing plans •⁠ ⁠Release and rollback plans
