Description

Summary We have a RAG application: a chatbot for customers of our rental car insurance company. Mostly it works well, but we faced two issues: 1. Sometimes our bot spontaneously changes the language of its responses to French, even though it is instructed to respond in the user’s language. 2. Some users send frequent messages one after another, and they get outdated responses from the chat. This task is to identify the issue, propose a solution and fix it, if it’s possible to fix fast. Otherwise justify a more extensive solution. I am comfortable with a fixed budget for this task. Further collaboration is possible with a successful candidate.
