Summary We are looking for a long-term technical partner, not just a one-time website developer. We are currently building a scalable Real Estate Lead Generation & Automation System and want an experienced developer/automation specialist who can design and implement the complete workflow. PROJECT REQUIREMENTS: 1. Real Estate Property Portal • Buy / Sell / Rent • Residential & Commercial Properties • Plots / Farmhouses / Agricultural Land • Property listing and search/filter system • Owner Property Submission Form • Buyer Requirement Form • Loan Enquiry Form 2. CRM & LEAD AUTOMATION • Central CRM • Automatic lead capture from Website • Facebook/Instagram (Meta Lead Ads) integration • WhatsApp lead integration • Lead source tracking • Buyer/Seller requirement management • Hot / Warm / Cold lead classification 3. WHATSAPP AUTOMATION • Official WhatsApp Business API • Automated first response • Automated qualification questions • Property Type • Location • Budget • Buy/Rent • Purchase Timeline • Loan Requirement • Automated follow-ups 4. SALES WORKFLOW The target workflow should be: Meta Ads / Website / WhatsApp → CRM → Automatic Lead Capture → Lead Qualification → Follow-up → Hot Lead Identification → Site Visit → Final Qualified Lead to Business Owner Our goal is that routine lead handling runs automatically and we mainly focus on qualified customers, property visits, negotiation and deal closing. 5. DATA SECURITY & OWNERSHIP This is important. Domain, Hosting, Website/Admin, CRM Super Admin, Meta Business Assets, WhatsApp Business Account/Number and Customer Database must remain under our ownership/control. Please clearly explain: • Data security • Role-based access • Backup/export • Migration options • Vendor lock-in, if any • What happens if we change the developer in future 6.
