We urgently need a technical, hands-on IT Virtual Assistant and Automation Specialist to connect systems, automate complex business workflows, and manage our core digital platforms. If you are a software engineer or IT professional who excels at system integrations, low-code/no-code automation, and digital infrastructure setup, this role is for you. This is an urgent hire with the opportunity to transition into an ongoing, long-term strategic partnership across our year-round events and business operations. Scope of Work: 1. Workflow Automation & System Integrations • Design, build, test, and maintain automated workflows and scenarios primarily using Make (formerly Integromat) and native webhooks/APIs. • Seamlessly link and synchronize data across our platform stack, including Manus AI, Codex, GoHighLevel, WordPress, Notion, Discord, and event software (Whova). • Write custom scripts or code snippets (e.g., Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or HTML/CSS) when standard integrations fall short. 2. Web & Platform Administration • Manage and maintain our WordPress sites, landing pages, domain setups, and embedded elements. • Configure GoHighLevel sub-accounts, funnels, pipelines, custom fields, and email/SMS triggers. • Set up and organize structured workspace databases and systems in Notion. 3.
