Summary Project Overview Quadlogy is a project and program management consulting company specializing in cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and complex technology initiatives. We are seeking an experienced web developer to enhance our existing website, Quadlogy.com, and deploy sQope, our AI-powered smart project scoping and customer intake agent. The selected developer will work from a detailed developer brief that will be provided after engagement. The assignment includes website updates, application integration, configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production deployment. Scope of Work 1. Quadlogy Website Updates Review the current Quadlogy.com website, hosting environment, and technology stack. Implement design, content, navigation, and functionality changes based on the provided brief. Create or update service pages and calls to action related to Quadlogy’s cybersecurity, AI, digital transformation, and project management services. Add a dedicated landing page for the sQope Smart Scoping Agent. Ensure the website is responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Improve website performance, accessibility, security, and search engine optimization where appropriate. Maintain consistency with Quadlogy’s existing brand identity. 2. sQope Smart Scoping Agent Deployment Deploy and integrate the sQope smart scoping application into Quadlogy.com. The application is intended to: Capture prospective customer and company information. Guide users through a structured project-scoping questionnaire. Dynamically display questions based on the selected project domain and engagement type. Capture project objectives, challenges, expected outcomes, timelines, budgets, governance needs, risks, and deliverables. Validate business email addresses and prevent the use of common free email domains. Save customer submissions securely. Generate AI-assisted project documents such as: High-level project plan Business requirements document Statement of work Deliverables plan Executive project summary Send confirmation emails and generated documents to authorized recipients. Generate an internal qualification or lead score. Provide an administrative dashboard for reviewing and managing submissions. The developer will be expected to deploy the application using the architecture and technical requirements defined in the developer brief. 3. Website and Application Integration Connect the sQope application with the main Quadlogy website. Configure navigation, calls to action, forms, redirects, and confirmation pages. Ensure users experience a consistent transition between Quadlogy.com and the smart scoping application. Configure the required domain, subdomain, SSL certificate, hosting, database, environment variables, and third-party integrations. Integrate email delivery, AI services, document generation, analytics, and other services identified in the developer brief. Ensure API keys and credentials are stored securely and are not exposed in the source code or browser. 4. Testing and Quality Assurance The selected developer will perform comprehensive testing, including: Functional and end-to-end testing Form validation testing Conditional question and workflow testing Business email validation testing Database submission and retrieval testing AI document-generation testing PDF and downloadable-document testing Email notification and delivery testing Administrative dashboard testing Authentication and access-control testing Mobile and cross-browser compatibility testing Error-handling and recovery testing Basic security and vulnerability testing Production deployment and post-deployment validation All critical and high-priority issues must be resolved before final acceptance. Security and Ownership Requirements All source code, configurations, designs, documentation, workflows, prompts, and project-related work products created for this engagement will be owned by Quadlogy upon payment. The developer must not reuse, distribute, publish, or disclose Quadlogy’s proprietary materials. Production credentials must not be shared with unauthorized individuals. No subcontracting may occur without prior approval. Customer information must be handled securely and must not be used for testing outside approved environments. Test data must not contain real customer information unless specifically authorized. All code must be committed to a repository controlled by Quadlogy. The final solution must not depend on accounts exclusively owned or controlled by the developer. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is able to take ownership of the complete deployment process rather than only completing isolated coding tasks. You should be comfortable reviewing an existing website, understanding a detailed developer brief, recommending practical technical improvements, integrating an AI application, conducting structured testing, and supporting a reliable production launch. Strong communication, documentation, attention to detail, and the ability to explain technical decisions in business terms are essential.
