Summary Overview I'm looking for an experienced automation engineer to help build an AI-powered business development system for my vacation rental/property management company. This is not a simple Zapier project. My goal is to create a scalable lead generation engine that continuously identifies potential property owners, researches them using AI, manages follow-up through my CRM, and reminds me when it's time to personally reach out. I am a one-person company today, so the system must be simple, reliable, and easy to maintain. My objective is to spend about one hour per day working qualified leads while automation handles everything else. If this project goes well, I expect ongoing work as we continue expanding and improving the system. Current Software Pipedrive CRM Claude AI AirDNA (Property Manager Dashboard) Outlook Microsoft 365 Open to adding additional tools if they provide meaningful value. Project Goals Import new luxury property leads from AirDNA (or other sources) Enrich owner information using public data and AI Create and update contacts and deals inside Pipedrive Generate personalized outreach drafts using Claude Create follow-up tasks automatically Track communication history Keep leads moving through a defined sales pipeline Eliminate repetitive manual work Eventually I'd like to add: MLS transaction monitoring Luxury home sales tracking County ownership data Automated handwritten mail campaigns AI lead scoring KPI dashboards Reporting Initial Workflow An ideal workflow would look something like this: Detect new luxury rental property Research owner information Add owner to Pipedrive Generate personalized first-contact email Schedule phone call task Continue automated follow-up sequence until the opportunity is closed or archived Ideal Experience Please apply only if you have experience with several of the following: n8n Pipedrive API REST APIs Webhooks AI integrations (Claude/OpenAI) CRM automation Email workflow automation Lead generation systems Data enrichment Real estate technology (preferred but not required) What I'm Looking For I am not looking for someone to invent my sales process.
