Summary We're a growing business looking for an experienced automation engineer to help us eliminate repetitive manual work and connect the tools we use every day. Right now, too much of our operation runs on manual effort. Information gets copied between apps by hand, routine tasks eat up hours that should go elsewhere, and some of our more complex workflows have no automation at all. We want someone who can look at how we work, spot what can be automated, and build reliable systems that just run. What we need help with: * Automating repetitive tasks and manual data entry between our tools * Connecting the apps and platforms we already use (CRM, email, spreadsheets, etc.) * Building multi step workflows that handle more complex business logic, not just simple triggers * Setting up AI powered automations where they genuinely save time (drafting, sorting, summarizing, routing) * Making everything reliable enough to run without constant babysitting You'd be a great fit if you have: * Proven experience automating real business workflows end to end * Comfort with automation platforms (n8n, Make, Zapier) and custom code where needed * Experience integrating APIs and third party tools * The ability to understand a business process first, then design the automation, rather than forcing a tool onto the problem * Bonus: experience using AI and LLMs to handle tasks that used to need a human To apply, please include: * Examples of automations or systems you've built, ideally with the outcome or time saved * The tools and platforms you typically work with * A short note on how you'd approach understanding our workflows before building We value people who can own this end to end, from figuring out what to automate through to building and maintaining it.
