The idea is to build an AI agent that works alongside our existing stack (HubSpot, Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Claude, and Make.com/n8n) to automate the administrative side of business development—not replacing people, but helping them stay organized and follow up consistently. The agent would research prospects, monitor signals, draft follow-up emails in each user's writing style, generate summaries, and surface everything for human review before anything is sent externally.
